Fūdo Sushi represents a complete brand transformation, from concept to execution. The project involved developing a sophisticated brand identity that reflects the premium quality and authentic Japanese aesthetic of the sushi concept.

The branding approach focused on creating a visual language that honors traditional Japanese design principles while establishing a modern, memorable presence in the competitive food industry. Every element was carefully crafted to convey quality, authenticity, and attention to detail.

The packaging design was particularly crucial, as it serves as the primary touchpoint between the brand and customers.

Each package was designed to not only protect and present the food beautifully but also to enhance the overall dining experience and reinforce the premium positioning of the brand.

The website design extends the brand experience into the digital realm, providing an elegant platform for showcasing the menu, telling the brand story, and facilitating online ordering. The design maintains consistency with the physical branding while optimizing for user experience and conversion.

After working for various sushi companies for several years, Milena and Julien decided to start their own sushi franchise. Fūdo, which literally translates to 'food' in Japanese, is a new approach to fast food, emphasising speed and nutritious options.

I was given full creative freedom to design everything from the branding and logo to the store and packaging design. The brand identity reflects the premium quality and authentic Japanese aesthetic of the sushi concept. The visual language honors traditional Japanese design principles while establishing a modern, memorable presence in the competitive food industry. Every element was carefully crafted to convey quality, authenticity, and attention to detail.
